• Find a Teacher form — your name and phone/WhatsApp number, plus the class and subjects you select in the pricing calculator.
• Contact page form — your name, email address, and message.
• Usage data — pages visited, time spent, and browser/device type collected automatically via server logs.

We do not collect payment information directly. Any fees are settled separately between students and teachers.

2. How we use your information.

We use the information we collect to:

• Match you with a suitable verified teacher within 24 hours.
• Respond to your enquiries and support requests.
• Send you updates about your match, including teacher contact details.
• Improve the website and our matching process.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We will not use your information for automated profiling or third-party marketing without your explicit consent.

3. Sharing your data.

We share your information only in limited circumstances:

• With matched teachers — when a match is made, we share your name, phone number, and academic details with the assigned teacher so they can contact you.
• Formspree — the Find a Teacher form is processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA), which transmits your submission to us by email. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to this processing.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or government authority.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Data storage and retention.

Data submitted through the Find a Teacher form is processed by Formspree, Inc. and may be temporarily stored on their servers in the United States before being delivered to us. Once received, your data is handled within India. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law — typically no longer than 2 years from your last interaction with us.

After this period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
